Alexander G. Pipia

Mr. Pipia has been a legal practitioner and educator for over 10 years, having graduated from the Law Faculty of Moscow State University (1981), and receiving his PhD (1987) after completion of the post-graduate studies.

In 1992 he studied at Emory Law School in Atlanta, Georgia, following which he was offered a fellowship at the School of International Studies, Georgetown University, Washington, D.C. (1995).

He is the author of many publications on comparative and international law issues.

Mr. Pipia, a senior partner of PK&M, has been a member of the Inter-Republic Bar Association since 1993.

Honorary barrister of the Russian Federation since 2004.

His legal practice focuses on transactional work, including complex international projects, contract and commercial law, litigation and tax law.



Nicolas V. Kachev

Mr. Kachev has over 15 years experience as a legal practitioner and educator. He graduated from the Law Faculty of Moscow State University (1977), received a PhD (1987), and has authored several publications on criminology and criminal law issues.

Mr. Kachev has been a member of the Inter-Republican Bar Association since 1993 and is a senior partner of PK&M.

Honorary barrister of the Russian Federation since 2004.

He concentrates his practice on questions of customs and currency regulation, administration law and criminal law and procedure.



Vassily G. Maksimenko

Mr. Maksimenko has over 22 years of experience as a legal practitioner and educator.

A graduate of the Law Faculty of the Bashkir State University (1979), he later completed post-graduate studies and received a PhD (1990), he has published extensively on issues related to criminal law.

He is a member of the Inter-Republic Bar Association since 1993 and is a senior partner of PK&M.

Honorary barrister of the Russian Federation since 2004.

His specialization include questions related to the incorporation, reorganization and liquidation of Russian companies, licensing and certification, company law and regulatory law, in particular in areas under the competence of the Central Bank, Federal Commission on Securities and Ministry of Anti-Monopoly Policy.
